What the limits mean

Daily / hourly monitors
One monitor = (page × device × region). Scheduler expands these each tick.
On-demand audits
Manual POST /v1/audits. Resets on the 1st UTC of each month.
Retention
How long raw Lighthouse JSON stays in storage and how far back metrics go.
API access
Required to mint API keys. Free/Indie/Startup use the dashboard only.

Billing is Clerk + Stripe. Live-mode launches with the v1 GA; dev runs in Stripe test mode.
